The Gold Level Program is the introductory, required entry program to GEMS.  Its main focus is ‘how you see yourself’. We elevate the true, highest view of you; How God, the Creator, sees you.  This powerful view will give you the basics every human needs: Unconditional love, acceptance, belonging and direction. It will direct your eyes away from comparing and measuring yourself to others and the striving to be something you’re not sure of and instead focus on your unique gifts and qualities and the ‘Designed’ direction which builds confidence within.  Because life happens around food daily, we will practice basic culinary terms and techniques to fuel your magnificent body for successful , lifelong, peak performance. And while eating delicious ‘Designer’ food for maximum energy and health, we will practice etiquette and manners at the table as well as basic etiquette skills needed in various social settings.
